Welcome to the Jin Research Group!

We are a new lab in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at ULeth. 

We design advanced materials from renewable, benign building blocks inspired by nature’s own strategies for building complex matter. 

Our research lies at the intersection of biomaterials, colloid chemistry, and nanoscience, where we explore how structure and chemistry at the nanoscale governs function in sustainable carbohydrate systems.
